21st March, 2020: CORONAVIRUS: Latest news - As expected Staines Library has now closed down for the duration, and so that means that our Museum is fully closed now, both the Thames Room and the Elmsleigh Room. IN THE LIGHT OF GOVERNMENT ADVICE, THE THAMES ROOM WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AND OUR VOLUNTEERS, SADLY OUR MEETINGS, PUBLIC TALKS AND ACTIVITY DAYS ARE ALSO SUSPENDED FOR THE TIME BEING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON.

Russell Grant at The Fordbridge Centre, Ashford, 8pm (postponed)
7th May:
Annual General Meeting plus short talk at Spelthorne Museum, 8pm (postponed)

The Autumn Talks will be added later in the year

Unless otherwise stated, talks take place either at Staines Methodist Church, Thames Street, or Fordbridge Centre, Clarendon/Fordbridge Road, Ashford and commence at 8.00 p.m.


Free to members, non-members welcome at £2 per person.
You can get a membership on the night of the talks. Then entrance will be free that night.
